Keep calm and eat a taco. Puerto Bello is dishing up Mexican favorites in their unbelievably teeny kitchen–you’ll know what I mean when you see it.
One thing stood out: all the dishes were excessively sweet. And if they weren’t, they were intensely salted. The overall flavors were actually decent, as were the portions, but the overpowering sweetness just completely took over. But I’d take a wild guess that they mean to cater to the local palate. Price wise, you are looking at spending in the range of 40-60 per person–affordably priced in my book.
Give Puerto Bello a try if you’re curious, like me, and feel the need to sample every possibly Mexican restaurant there is in town. More welcome! Enjoy!
